Recruiter – Seasonal Part-Time
We are looking for a motivated, self-driven Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for candidates, guiding them through a client-specific hiring process from initial outreach through to hire. What you'll do
- Contact and interview candidates at scheduled times — punctuality and professionalism are a must
- Conduct phone screening interviews to assess candidate fit
- Guide candidates through the full hiring process, which varies by client
- Maintain consistent, proactive follow-up with candidates throughout each stage
- Problem-solve quickly when scheduling conflicts, candidate concerns, or process changes arise
- Accurately track candidate progress and update records in a timely manner
- Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience from first contact to final decision
What we're looking for
- Prior experience as a recruiter or hiring manager — high-volume hiring experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong follow-up habits and a proactive, take-initiative mindset
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt when things don't go as planned
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace for candidate calls
- Availability to commit to 20+ hours per week on a consistent schedule
- Experience with JazzHR and behavioral-based interviewing techniques are a plus

- Pay rate: $22.00 per hour
- Minimum 20 hours per week required
- Seasonal position running June – October
- Primary work will be from home, but must be willing to commute to Linden Hills for occasional meetings.
